Alan Moore, Henri Robert, and the power of writing
Robert Henri’s The Art Spirit was brought to my attention – as, paradoxically, so many good things were – by the death of David Lynch. Apparently it was a great influence on him. It’s proving a great spur for me. It’s out of copyright now so you can fairly and legally read it for free here.
When I write about creativity, usually I’m referring to any form of creation. But I really would encourage you to make a regular practice of writing if you don’t already. You have the power to change the world through it. And that’s not hyperbole. Never doubt Alan Moore: a wise wizard indeed.
